1. What turns you on, creatively or otherwise?
Kris Searle: Creativity. In any form, really. Whether it’s painting with your body or producing tracks in the studio... anything that gets your creative juices is a turn on, especially if they are really good at it.
2. What’s a good tip for someone who wants to be you for Halloween?
Don’t go in drag. But if you do, go as Raven. She’s the queen of them all.
3. Which celebrity’s hair do you covet most?
Jared Leto always has awesome hair, but it’s more about what he wears with it that compliments the hair. I really like his hair when it’s bleached.
4. What would your death-row last meal be?
Probably Sunday Roast, but it has to be cooked by my Mum — although I’m not sure she could because I would be dead after that, so she would find that hard. Maybe Thai green curry, but from Thailand. Would they order in for me?
5. What’s your juiciest vice or guiltiest pleasure?
Moisturizer.
6. What extravagant purchase should probably make you feel guiltier?
Jeans. I spent £400 on a pair of jeans once. I had buyer’s remorse after I walked out of the shop, but that’s probably nothing compared to some. It’s very rare I can afford to buy a pair of jeans for that price though.
7. When’s the last time you wanted to slap someone?
This morning. Oh boy, did I want to slap that fuck.
8. What most likely made that stain on your outfit?
I don’t remember. I was drunk.
9. Describe your favorite undergarment.
My shirt-and-tie boxer shorts. When I’m out and I’m at a party — intoxicated makes it easier — I say, “Hey I’m wearing a shirt and tie tonight,” and everyone goes, “No, you’re not.” Then I reply with “Oh yes, I am!” and I unzip or unbutton my jeans and show my underwear with the little printed shirt and tie over the crotch area.
10. What’s a lie you’ve told more than once?
“I’m really not looking at you through my sunglasses!”
BONUS: Where do you see yourself in five minutes?
After filming my music video over the weekend, getting on a coach from my hometown to London as my new track, “StarFire,” is being played at Barcode in London by DJ Steven Geller.
